The Harbour House Hotel, and Anglesea Apartments, is located in the picturesque seaside village of Portpatrick, Dumfries and Galloway. Settled in south west Scotland with views over the Irish Sea, the hotel has a seafront terraced restaurant which served fresh and locally sourced seafood daily, as well as a cosy lounge and bar area. Portpatrick is a lovely quaint village on the South West coast of Scotland, with its community owned harbour, a range of restaurants, with easy free parking, and a lovely promenade to walk around. It is close to the gardens, beaches, and castles in the area, with views across the Irish Sea to Northern Ireland.
Our hotel offers nine en-suite bedrooms including sea view doubles, twins and family rooms which are comfortable and cosy. All of our rooms have tea and coffee, fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, TV, and free wifi available to use. Please be aware some of our rooms are located on the second floor in attic space, which people with mobility issues may struggle with due to the stairs and low ceilings. The Anglesea Apartments are spacious 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments that sit directly adjacent to the hotel, with their own entrance, and all the facilities of the hotel as well as a kitchen and a sitting room, and have a large garden at the back.
A fresh Scottish Breakfast cooked to order is served in our bright conservatory, with all day meals of lunch and dinner on the bar, patio or terrace or lounge with meals carefully prepared and presented, using only fresh ingredients.
